1. Membership
• Smartfry® membership is available to restaurants, cafés, and food businesses using VITO filtration systems.
• Membership recognition (badge, certificate, welcome kit) is granted based on compliance with Smartfry® standards.
2. Use of Smartfry® Materials
• Members may use and display the Smartfry® badge and certificate in their establishment.
• Materials must not be altered, misused, or used in a misleading way.
3. Program Updates
Smartfry® reserves the right to modify or expand the program’s content, benefits, and conditions at any time. Members will be informed of any significant changes.
4. Limitation of Liability
Smartfry® and VITO AG shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in the program, to the extent permitted by law.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by generally accepted principles of international commercial law, unless mandatory legal provisions apply
